1. Who keeps the hall

These terms govern your use of coveredmarketrow.com ("Covered Market Row", "we", "us"), operated by the operator of coveredmarketrow.com. Using the site means you accept them.

2. Who may take a pitch

Covered Market Row is meant only for people aged 18 or over. By using it you confirm you are 18 or over.

3. Market coins (virtual coins)

  • The games use virtual coins, handed out free of charge.
  • Coins have no monetary value and are neither money, credit nor property.
  • Coins cannot be purchased, sold, withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for money, goods, services or prizes. No in-app purchases exist anywhere in the hall.
  • The hall puts up no prize of real-world value.
  • We may adjust or reset coins, levels and features at any stall, at any time.

4. Real-money gambling: none in this hall

Real-money gambling is neither offered nor promoted by Covered Market Row, and the hall carries no links to gambling operators.

5. Your pitch (your account)

  • Beyond the open fruit cart, the other two stalls need a free account. One account per person, and it must not be shared.
  • Keep your password private. Tell us straight away if someone else has been using your account.
  • You may delete your account whenever you like from your account page. It goes at once and cannot be brought back.
  • We may suspend an account used to disrupt the site, or one we believe belongs to someone under 18.
  • Coins, levels and missions stay with the account, are never your property and may be reset.

6. Fair dealing in the hall

Do not try to disrupt the site, turn automated tools on it, offer to trade coins, or let anybody under 18 play.

7. Market opening hours and liability

The site is provided “as is”. We may change or withdraw any part of it. A malfunction voids all plays and pays. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow to be limited, and your statutory rights stay as they are.
